Vega Squadron will attend the Bucharest Gaming Week Invitational by ESL instead of LDLC, who pulled out of the event as personal reasons would force one of their players to skip the tournament.
The French team have chosen to call off the journey to Bucharest instead of fielding a stand-in and will keep their focus on the Europe Minor closed qualifier, scheduled for December 12-13.
Replacing them are Vega Squadron, who already have a spot in the IEM Katowice Major's New Challengers Stage. The CIS side's most recent LAN appearance came at StarSeries i-League Season 6, where they finished runners-up to ENCE.

The Bucharest Gaming Week Invitational by ESL will feature four teams, who will square off for a share of the €50,000 (~$56,700). Vega Squadron join AVANGAR and Sprout on the list of participants, with the final team coming out of the ESL Southeast Europe Championship Season 8 Finals.
